Provides counselling to any person residing in Delta who is either directly or indirectly affected by a substance misuse problem. Services to Individuals, couples, families, youth, seniors and groups include assessment, referral, treatment, education and prevention. Outreach services for youth and seniors are available. Biopsychosocialspiritual model is used with a harm-reduction trauma-informed perspective. Services are strength-based, client-centered and empowering.more info

All new patients must register on Health Connect, the provincial government waitlist for family doctors in BC. Please see the link above.
If you are already registered on Fetch you will be contacted when a family physician becomes available; you will not lose your place on the waitlist.
