Moving Forward
Moving Forward is an innovative registered non-profit and charity that offers free short-term and affordable long-term counselling options to all populations across Canada via in-person, telephone, and online platforms. All Group Programs are online and free unless otherwise indicated. One-to-One Coaching (Life Skills, Healthy Relationships, Mindfulness, Seniors Support, Parent Support) programs are free. Counselling services are intended for low income clients unable to access public services/face long waits and who cannot afford traditional private therapy rates. No one will ever be refused services based on their financial circumstances, geographic location, identified gender, presenting issue. Minimal waits for all services. more info

Shared Wellness is counselling practice focusing on caring for clients who struggle with mental health and for individuals seeking prenatal or postpartum support. We are a group of specialized and dedicated counsellors working with individuals, families, and couples. We offer virtual mental health services in a professional, warm, caring, and ethically principled atmosphere. It can be difficult to seek support because you are unsure of how someone could help, or perhaps you feel stuck, either way, counselling can be a helpful tool to explore. more info

The Division is no longer accepting new patients for registration on Fetch, our patient wailist for a family physician.
All new patients must register on Health Connect, the provincial government waitlist for family doctors in BC. Please see the link above.
If you are already registered on Fetch you will be contacted when a family physician becomes available; you will not lose your place on the waitlist.
