Moving Forward is an innovative registered non-profit and charity that offers free short-term and affordable long-term counselling options to all populations across Canada via in-person, telephone, and online platforms. All Group Programs are online and free unless otherwise indicated. One-to-One Coaching (Life Skills, Healthy Relationships, Mindfulness, Seniors Support, Parent Support) programs are free. Counselling services are intended for low income clients unable to access public services/face long waits and who cannot afford traditional private therapy rates.
