Shared Wellness Counselling

Our focus at Shared Wellness is to tailor our approach according to you. Depending on what is bringing you to therapy, our work together might involve:

  • freeing you from persistent self-doubt
  • processing painful emotions, such as guilt, anger, sadness and shame
  • working on relationship difficulties, including ruptures in trust, communication breakdowns,
  • reducing anxiety, chronic stress, and tension
  • coping with grief and loss, and life's unexpected transitions

What is counselling?

Counselling is a process of sharing your feelings, thoughts, and experiences. We will guide you through a period of reflection, help explore deep-rooted emotions, and find a space where you can focus on healing.

We are able to support clients with issues related to:

  • Prenatal & Postpartum
  • Fertility
  • Depression
  • Anxiety
  • Trauma
  • Relationship
  • Grief & Loss

Who is virtual counselling for?

  • Many of our busiest clients are looking for a way to squeeze in a counselling session without having to factor in extra time to commute.
  • Many of our clients who are juggling the demands of raising families are looking for the option to fit in a counselling session, when it works better for their schedules.
  • Clients from around the Province of British Columbia do not always have easy access to in-person counselling in their home communities.

Please phone us at 604-259-6807 or email info@sharedwellness.ca to book your initial appointment.
