Alzheimer Society of B.C. First Link Program
First Link® is your link to dementia support. Whether you or a family member has just been diagnosed or you're further along in the journey, First Link® will connect you to a community of learning, services, and support. You can access First Link through a referral from your doctor or health care provider, or in person, by email, or phone.
First Link® gives you opportunities to learn about every step in the dementia journey. Education programs offer information about diagnosis, day-to-day living, positive approaches to care, strategies for managing challenges, and how to prepare for the future.
First Link® connects you to Alzheimer Society of B.C. programs and services, and provides information about other community and health care resources.
First Link® connects you with support groups. Opportunities for individual support are also available.
