Research has shown DBT to be particularly effective with anyone struggling with emotional difficulties, regardless of official diagnosis. Originally developed by Dr. Marsha Linehan, DBT has been successfully used to help patients move from being stuck in unregulated mood and thoughts forward into a life worth living. Unlike some other programs, patients do not have to have an official diagnosis of Borderline Personality Disorder to be able to participate.
Clients may be able to claim a portion of the cost on their extended medical coverage if available. We hope that this will be a valuable service to you and your patients. Please do give us a call if you have any questions, we will be glad to answer them. Please have patients call us to register.
